Babar Azam flopped badly in the second consecutive match

In the second match, Colombo Strikers defeated B-Luv Candy by 9 runs. If they had lost this match, then they would have been out of the playoff race. Batting first in the second match, Colombo Strikers scored 169 runs at the loss of 9 wickets in 20 overs. Pathum Nissanka played an excellent inning of 51 runs off 38 balls. However, veteran batsman Babar Azam once again flopped and could only manage 9 runs. Nipun Dhananjay scored 40 off 29 balls in the middle order.
