Faf du Plessis’s blistering innings helped St Lucia Kings win

In the second match of the Caribbean Premier League (CPL 2023), St Lucia Kings defeated Barbados Royals badly by 54 runs. Batting first, St Lucia Kings scored 201 runs for the loss of six wickets in 20 overs, in reply Barbados team was reduced to 147 runs. It seemed that the team would not be able to reach even 100 runs. However, Graham Young saved the team from an embarrassing defeat by playing an excellent inning in the lower order.
