After retiring from Pakistan cricket, the leading batsman decided to play in this country

Pakistan’s veteran batsman Fawad Alam has decided that he will no longer play for the Pakistan cricket team. Fawad Alam has decided to move to USA and play. Fawad will now play as a local player for the Chicago Kingsmen in minor league cricket in the USA. Earlier, Pakistani cricketers like Sami Aslam, Hammad Azam, Saif Badar and Mohammad Mohsin have also quit playing for Pakistan and are currently part of this league in USA.

Talking about Fawad Alam, he made his debut for Pakistan in limited overs cricket in 2007. At the same time, Fawad made his Test debut in 2009 and scored a century in the second innings itself. However, he flopped in the next two matches and was dropped by the selectors after that.

Fawad Alam returned to the Pakistan cricket team in 2020

After 11 years, Fawad Alam returned to international cricket in 2020 and he also scored centuries against many teams. However, in the beginning of 2022 against Australia, Fawad Alam was a complete flop and could only manage 33 runs in 4 innings. After this, he was once again shown the way out of the team after flopping in the Test match against Sri Lanka in July 2022.

Let us tell you that about 150 matches will be played in the Minor League Cricket Championship to be held in August and September.
